How to Use?

Multivitamin 10+: Take 1 Capsule a day. Ideally, maintain a minimum time gap of 1 hour after any meal.
Bone 10+: Take 1 Capsule a day. Consume it with dinner.

  • Consume 1 capsule of Teens Multivitamin. Ideally, maintain a minimum time gap of 1 hour after any meal. Consume 1 capsule of Bones 10+ with dinner. Please maintain a time gap of 4-6 hours between the two!

    You should consume it daily. Teenagers need to consume a daily dose of vitamins, minerals to stay healthy. Due to our lifestyles, we are unable to get them. Therefore, we have created this plant multivitamin to help bridge your daily nutrient gap.

    The pack contains two bottles. One is for multivitamin which contains Iron and the other one is to support bone health and growth which contains calcium.Taking calcium and iron together may interfere with one anothers absorption. Hence, you need to maintain a time gap between cosuming two capsules. For details, refer our blog

Today, I got my son's blood reports. Vitamin D, B12 are at optimal levels. Calcium and Iron are also at optimal levels. The doctor has confirmed everything is fine with him. This could be only possible because of Earthful Teens food suppliments. In fact it is a relief to know that he national needs are completely met !!!
