Senior Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to lead our recruitment efforts and help us scale efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, a passion for finding and attracting top talent, and the ability to foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Position: Full-time only
Location: Flexible - Remote / Hyderabad HQ Office / Hybrid
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Identify staffing needs and create effective job descriptions and recruiting strategies.
- Build a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to enhance hiring efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth startup.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (Linkedin, Naukri, Behance, etc)
- High ownership & identification of ideal persona of candidates in sourcing
