We are looking for a highly enthusiastic growth hacker & 360 degree media strategist, who can manage Earthful’s user growth journey end-to-end, across paid & organic channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Whatsapp, Email, Website SEO, etc)

Location : Full-time position (Remote or in Hyderabad office)

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Strategize on Monthly Marketing Budget across channels & campaigns
• Strategize, Build and Optimize Ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Marketplace Ad platforms 
• Post campaign Analytics to develop insights for optimizations 
• Funnel optimization for improving overall platform RoAS 
• Media management- Optimize on Ad creatives, Ad copy and Landing pages across platforms 
• Overall Website Funnel optimization- through experiments on Content, UI/UX features, etc. 
• Improving Retention funnel through Retargeting Ads, WhatsApp and Email campaigns, etc. 

Skill sets: 

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Strong Analytical bend & Data driven 
• Must have hands-on knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads platform, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Merchant Centre, other relevant dashboards for Digital marketing 
• Good Communication skills - written and verbal. 
• Strong Google sheets or Excel knowledge
