Script Writer
Earthful is hiring a Script Writer who is fast, research-driven, and genuinely good at their craft. The role covers everything from Reel scripts and Instagram captions to performance copy and long-form health content.
Location : Full-time, On-site, Mumbai Office
What the role is
We are looking for a content writer who can write in two distinct voices simultaneously — one that sounds like a knowledgeable friend talking directly to a woman about her health, and one that sounds like a credible health expert who has seen this work with real clients. Both voices must feel natural, not clinical.
You will write short-form video scripts, long-form educational content, product copy, social media captions etc.
What you will do
– Write scripts for short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, product demos, factory walkthroughs) in English and Hinglish
– Write long-form educational content on women's health, nutrition, and plant-based supplementation for the Earthful blog and website
– Write product page copy, packaging copy, and in-app descriptions that balance FSSAI compliance with consumer clarity
– Research health and wellness topics, ingredient science, and clinical evidence to write content that is accurate
– Maintain brand voice consistency across all touchpoints
Must have
– 2+ years of content writing experience, preferably in D2C, health, wellness, nutrition, or FMCG
– Demonstrable ability to write Hinglish content that sounds natural, not translated — submit a Hinglish script sample as part of your application
– Strong research ability
– Experience writing video scripts, not just static copy
– Understanding of short-form video content structures (hook, body, CTA) and what makes viewers watch till the end
Good to have
– Prior experience writing for a health supplement, nutraceutical, or Ayurvedic brand
– Familiarity with FSSAI labelling and advertising regulations for food supplements
– Experience writing for expert-voice content (doctors, dietitians, health coaches)
– Basic understanding of women's health topics — PCOS, menopause, hormonal health, bone health, nutrition deficiencies
What this role is not
– This is not a social media management role — you are writing content, not scheduling or community managing
– This is not a translation role — Hinglish content must be originally written in that voice, not translated from English
– This is not a purely SEO-driven role — search rankings matter but the primary goal is human resonance
