Earthful is launching the Menopause Cheerleaders Internship - a community-building internship for women over 40. Over a span of two months, our interns will initiate conversations around one of India’s most overlooked topics: menopause. And as a stipend, they’ll receive ₹1 lakh.

Responsibilities
1. Speak about Menopause
Initiate conversations around menopause in your circle via whatsapp, facebook, instagram or even in your own local community (with neighbours, relatives, colleagues, or kitty groups)
2. Work with Earthful’s teams
Learn about our products, help our research and marketing team with insights on your real experiences.
3. Create Content/Local groups
If you like facing the camera, you can create content online or if you prefer building local groups, take a lead on initiating conversations around menopause by bridging women together.
Stipend
Each intern will earn ₹1 Lakh after completion of 2 months internship.
Duration
The internship begins on 19th January 2026 and ends on 20th March 2026.

Who can apply for this internship?
Any woman in India, above 40 years old, who is currently experiencing menopause or has already gone through it. You don't have to be a content creator, expert, or health professional - just someone willing to share honestly and help build a supportive community.
Do I need prior experience in content creation or community building?
Not required. Authenticity and passion are the main qualities we are looking for. But if you do like creating content or have set up communities in your locality, do mention it in your application - we would love to know about it!

What kind of work will I be doing?
Speak openly about menopause - whether it's through WhatsApp chats, Facebook or Instagram posts, or simple conversations with neighbours, relatives, colleagues, and kitty groups. You will also work closely with Earthful's team to learn about our products and support our research and marketing efforts with insights from your real experiences.
