Founder's Office
Join the Founder’s Office to work directly with the founders of Earthful, driving key strategic projects, business decisions, and operational initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, analyze business performance, and manage special projects like product launches and new market strategies.
Location: Full-time, On-site position, Mumbai Office
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the founders to develop and implement long-term strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide decision-making.
- Work with teams across the business to execute strategic projects.
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights for growth.
- Lead special projects like new market entries, product launches, and process optimizations.
- Help prepare materials for investor communications and funding rounds.
- Assist with daily operations and key business decisions.
Skill Sets
- 1+ years experience in Strategy/ Management Consulting/ other relevant roles
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership.
- Proven project management and problem-solving skills.
