Content Lead - Social Media

Earthful is looking for a Content Lead – Social Media to grow Earthful’s organic reach. You’ll turn ideas into scroll-stopping content, run our social calendars, and make things happen smartly with creators, influencers, agencies, or internal teams.

Location : Full-time, On-site, Mumbai Office

Roles and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Own end-to-end social media content calendars for all organic platforms.
  • Conceptualise original, high-impact content ideas aligned with brand and growth goals.
  • Drive organic traffic to Earthful’s social pages and website through consistent, engaging content.
  • Execute content in a smart, resourceful way — using creators, influencers, agencies, or in-house formats.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant creators and influencers for organic content.
  • Write clear, actionable creative briefs for designers, creators, and agencies.
  • Work closely with brand, marketing, and creative teams to ensure content consistency.
  • Track performance and refine content based on what’s working organically.

Skill sets: 

  • 1+ years of experience in managing Instagram or Youtube content calendars
  • Out-of-the box Creative thinker
  • Running your own Insta/Youtube page is a bonus.
  • Creator & influencer collaboration savvy
  • Knows how to give a creative brief & executes fast with Jugaad!
