Location: Full-time position, based out of Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager with a strong background in warehouse management, factory oversight, and supply chain optimization in a nutraceuticals environment. This role requires an individual who can take ownership of the entire supply chain process, manage factory operations, and drive efficiencies using WMS and ERP software systems.

 Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Ownership: Take full responsibility for end-to-end supply chain activities, from procurement to delivery, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
• Factory Management: Manage relationships with manufacturing facilities, ensuring production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and compliance with industry regulations is achieved. Also, scouting for new factories to expand our operations.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service levels.
• WMS & ERP Systems: Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to track inventory, monitor production processes, and ensure smooth integration across functions.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers, ensuring timely deliveries and contract compliance.
• Warehouse Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory levels, efficient storage, and accurate order fulfillment.
• Inventory Management: Forecast the inventory requirement and accordingly plan the production in the factories. Ensure adequate inventory levels for all products.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, particularly for nutraceutical products, and maintain records of audits and certifications.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, providing training, and ensuring KPIs are met.

Skill sets:

• Proven experience in Supply Chain or similar role in the nutraceuticals industry.
• Strong background in warehouse management with hands-on experience in WMS and ERP systems.
• Expertise in factory management, including overseeing production schedules, quality control, and supplier management.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics inventory management, and distribution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to take ownership and drive performance.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for nutraceuticals or similar industries.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years of Experience industry experience is preferred.
