Founder's Office - Strategy

The Founder's Office is where Earthful's hardest, most cross-cutting problems get solved. Post Shark Tank and Pre-Series A funded, we are scaling aggressively and this role is at the centre of it all. You will work directly with the founders on the company's most critical strategic and operational challenges, owning high-stakes projects end to end.. without a playbook.

In your first 90 days, you will own at least one end-to-end strategic project, from diagnosis to execution, and present your recommendations directly to the founders.

Location: Full-time, On-site — Mumbai


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new revenue streams, distribution channels, and partnership opportunities. building the business case and leading pilots end to end.
  • Lead new product development (NPD) ideation, from primary and secondary market research, consumer insight generation, to competitive white-space mapping and go-to-market framing.
  • Own business performance deep-dives, build dashboards, identify growth and retention drivers, and translate data into founder-ready recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide key business decisions and category strategy.
  • Lead special projects including new market entries, product launches, and process optimisations — managing cross-functional execution end to end.
  • Support fundraising efforts including investor deck preparation, data room management, and due diligence coordination.
  • Represent the founders in key external conversations with potential partners, accelerators, industry bodies, and media, preparing briefs and ensuring follow-through.
  • Evaluate third-party tools, agencies, and service providers leading RFPs, negotiating commercial terms, and onboarding vendors critical to growth.
  • Own the company’s goal-setting and review cadence, tracking OKRs across teams, flagging risks early, and ensuring cross-functional accountability to the founders.

Skill Set:

  • 1+ years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, or other relevant roles. Prior exposure to Chief of Staff or Founder's Office roles is a strong plus.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems using first-principles thinking and present solutions in crisp, board-ready formats.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for financial modelling and data analysis; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience with primary research (consumer interviews, surveys) and secondary research (market sizing, competitive landscaping, industry reports).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities — comfortable presenting to founders and senior leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership — you run toward problems, not away from them.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.
