Talent Acquisition Executive
Own end-to-end hiring across non-IT, creative, and agency-style roles. Work directly with the founders to build the team scaling India's next big wellness brand.
Location: Full-time, On-site, Mumbai Office
Who This Role Is Perfect For
If you:
- Have hired designers, copywriters, performance marketers, social media managers, video editors, brand strategists
- Have worked in creative or digital-first environments (like agencies similar to Schbang, Dentsu, The Glitch etc.)
- Understand portfolios better than resumes
- Know how to spot a strong Instagram aesthetic or brand voice instantly
- Enjoy building teams from scratch in high-growth environments

Skill Set
- 1+ year experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency/startup preferred)
- Experience hiring for creative or marketing roles
- Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, Naukri, Behance, etc.)
- Ability to assess creative quality & cultural fit
- High ownership mindset
- Comfortable working directly with founders
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments
