Health and nutritional products if your work well. The calcium / Vitamin D capsules are easy on the stomach and have no side effects. The magnesium capsules worked well and improved the sleep cycle. Just worried about taking them each day. Overdose of magnesium can cause serious cardiac rythem problems. Overall you have a great product line. It will be great if there is an advise for senior citizens about over dosage fears.

As of now, i felt a little uncomfortable in my body is gone after taking this tablets
