Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst
Earthful is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to convert data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating user-friendly dashboards and reports. This role demands a grasp of business concepts, strong problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in data and business analysis. Analytical prowess and effective communication skills are highly valued attributes for this position.
Location: Full-time, on-site position, Hyderabad HQ Office
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Founders in strategic planning & defining business objectives
- Recognize business requirements in the context of Business intelligence and create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives and track them regularly
- Analyze data and display it in reports to aid decision-making
- Oversee data team in maintaining dashboards for daily business operations
Skill Sets
● Advanced Excel proficiency & Good in Maths and reasoning
● Expertise in data analytics, data mining, and data management
● Good English Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
● High ownership & curiosity to learn new business functions
